This client originally came to Lead to Conversion™ back in 2016 to redesign their site and to conduct SEO during the redesign process.
After successfully redesigning their site with SEO built into it during a six-month redevelopment process, they saw an immediate increase in organic search traffic and commensurate residential inquiries by a factor of 400% growth within the first 90 days after the site officially relaunched.
At a consistent 97% occupancy rate with a substantial backlog of potential new residents when rooms or suites became available, they weren’t ready to stop.
Based on our performance out of the gate with the new site and for the remainder of the initial 12-month engagement, the client has since continued to work with Lead to Conversion™ to keep a steady flow of senior living inquiries for their CCRC.
The ongoing SEO portion of the project consisted of the creation of fresh content via blog posts and new site pages as well as ongoing link development activities with the main goal of augmenting results in Google organic search year-over-year.
