Background & Execution
As a startup concierge medicine prodiver, this client originally came to Lead to Conversion (LTC) at the beginning of 2020 and just prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic when people were reluctant to visit doctors offices and hospitals for triage, treatment and periodic check-ups.
Their #1 goal was to be found locally for individuals seeking concierge medicine options in and around the greater San Antonio area.
After going through exhaustive keyword research, auditing the client’s site and local profiles and evaluating their competitors in the San Antonio market, a local SEO campaign with a focus on Google My Business was recommended and launched.
Google My Business (GMB) consisted of optimizing their GMB profile, building out new local citations (especially since they were a new concierge practice in the area), and ongoing micro-blogging to expand their content footprint and keyword phrase relevancy for phrases such as “concierge md”, “concierge doctor near me”, “concierge medicine”, “concierge doctor service”, and several others.

January 1st, 2021 – May 17th, 2021 vs. August 17th, 2020 – December 31st, 2020:
Google My Business statistics showed:
- 120.89% increase in GMB traffic to their site (497 in 2021 vs. 225 in 2020)
- 16.71% increase in goal conversion rates (inbound phone calls and enrollment form submissions )
- 37% increase in inbound phone calls (400 in 2021 vs. 292 in 2020)
- 60% increase in enrollment form submissions (8 in 2021 vs. 5 in 2020)
New Patient Acquisition Results:
- Averaging 12 new enrollments per month from our SEO efforts
- Went from only a handful of patients at baseline to now their 375th patient, majority of which is attributable to our efforts
