As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will drive revenue growth through Search by aligning both Organic & Paid Search strategies and maximize Search Engine coverage and efficiency. You will work with client websites optimizing content for Search engines. You will operate on both a strategic and tactical level, covering all aspects of digital advertising including campaign management, optimization, creative testing, and metrics.

The core responsibilities of this position would include: 

  • Participate in digital marketing strategy planning and its implementation across SEO, SEA, Social media channels for a group of clients
  • Boost organic search results through on-page SEO and directing/monitoring quality back linking methods
  • Handle daily execution of Paid Search campaigns through a bidding platform
  • Analyze, maintain day-to-day spend, landing page optimization, content and image optimization
  • Collect and analyze campaign data, synthesize results and identify actionable opportunities and standard methodologies to improve campaign performances
  • Provide advanced analysis and reporting on existing / future SEO and paid search campaigns
  • Monitor diagnostic tools for site errors, enhancements and Search Visibility status
  • Continuously benchmark to discover gaps and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and shifts to align with evolving Search Engine Marketing strategies

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • 1+ years running Paid Search campaigns (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
  • BS/BA degree preferred (Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science)
  • Google AdWords Certification Preferred
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems is a plus
  • Web programming or design skills a plus
  • Experience running Display and Native Ads, Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Advanced quantitative skills
  • Excellent communications skills
