Organic SEO

Google considers thousands of factors to rank web pages. Our organic SEO program is a multi-faceted process we’ve fine-tuned over the 100+ years of collective SEO experience to provide you with proven methodologies and tactics that will ensure a smooth and effective strategy roll-out followed by bottom-line results.

Our SEO campaign will start with a Comprehensive Site Audit of {domain_name}. In this early stage of an SEO project, we take a few weeks to inspect over a dozen different elements of the site to determine its “health” from a search engine friendliness perspective. Areas we evaluate include: content, titles, metas, alt tags, header tags, anchor text, footers, site speed, mobile, site architecture, link popularity, and more.

Understanding how people are currently searching for your offerings is foundational to the success of our search marketing efforts. In this portion of our phase one process, we will conduct comprehensive keyword research using proprietary methods and holistic research tools to better understand how people are searching for your products and services and utilize these keyword phrase insights when optimizing {domain_name}.

Lead to Conversion will conduct an audit of your local search profiles including Google My Business, Bing Local and Apple Maps. In the event these profiles are not verified or set up, we will work with you to gain ownership so we can properly set them up for ongoing optimization. Similarly, we’ll audit your local citations to source any accuracy discrepancies or missed opportunities so they’re also ready for optimization.

Your has competitors that are consistently ranking for your most important keywords and phrases and it’s not always because they have the best coding and content variables. In this portion of Phase 1, we will evaluate up to 3 direct competitors to learn what they’re doing to capture top tier real estate in search and structure your SEO campaign to better compete and ultimately usurp them in organic search.

We will work with you to select the best pages to target for SEO based on your goals and our keyword research. In the event there are pages that should exist on your site but do not, we’ll work discuss why they should be created, the logic to support them, and work with your team to get them created and listed on the site for future code and content recommendations.

For companies such as you who has inbound calls and form submissions as primary goal conversions, it’s important to understand where these calls and form submissions are originating from in terms of referral sources. Because of this, We will set up inbound call form submission tracking for all applicable digital marketing channels so we’ll be able to accurately report inbound call volume and submitted forms on a per-channel basis and tie this data directly into Google Analytics.

Quantifying an ROI is a top priority for us and our clients. LTC will set up customized goal triggers within Google Analytics or through Google Tag Manager, depending on the number and types of goals being tracked during our campaign. Common goals to be tracked often include form submissions, inbound phone calls, pop-up/pop-out clicks, PDF downloads for brochures, e-newsletter signups, webinar inquiries, Google My Business clicks and calls, among many others. We will customize goal tracking to your specific site’s needs and your business goals.

Based on our keyword research and URL mapping of phrases to targeted pages, our on-page SEO techniques include optimization of page titles, meta descriptions, alt tag enhancements, anchor text, H1s and H2s, site mapping, headers, footers, text content, internal linking, etc. Unique content also plays such a major role in how your site will rank for target phrases, so we ensure the content that currently lives on {domain_name} (or perhaps should) is SEO friendly and lends itself as authoritative in nature.

Our team focuses on deep link acquisitions from authoritative and relevant websites within your niche. We’ll scan sites already linking to your main competitors as well as sites relevant to your vertical market and proactively acquire links to directly impact your site’s ranking potential for its most important keyword phrases.

We DO NOT mass purchase links and only pursue linking opportunities we believe will directly impact our SEO efforts.

Our ongoing link development efforts for you include:

  • Link Development Goal Setting
  • Identification of Linking Opportunities
  • Direct Link Requests & Proactive Link Acquisition
  • Blogger Link Development

Based on pre-approved content calendar, LTC will write up to 1 blog post or landing page per month for up to 500 total words in length each. This content is then placed on your site with links to other pages within it to boost internal link popularity metrics, but can also be piped through your social channels and other syndication hubs to amplify its visibility and natural backlinking potential from 3rd party sites.

Local SEO (GMB)

If you are a local business and want to gain an advantage over your competition in online search results, we cannot emphasize enough how important Local Search Marketing is to your success.

Let’s take a look at some recent statistics about local search marketing:

  • Studies show that 1 of every 3 mobile searches on Google is location-based.
  • In the past year, searches that include the words “near me” have doubled.
  • Another recent study showed that of those consumers performing a local search on Google, 72% of them visited a business within 5 miles of their location.

A major focus of local search marketing is optimization of your Google My Business (GMB) profile.

Let’s look at some recent statistics:

  • 46% of all Google searches have a local intent.
  • 93% of local searches feature GMB listings before normal search results.
  • 68% of people contact a business directly from search results (without even visiting their site).

Your GMB profile provides Google and your potential new customers with a ton of great information about your local business when they’re searching. Your profile includes many things like your phone number, website, operating hours, payment types accepted, photos, reviews and even a button for directions to your business.

Everything begins with local keyword research. Without it, you’ll lack the knowledge and guidance from knowing how your target audience is searching, what search phrases are important to your industry and the keywords your local competition has already identified and has optimized for.

Local keywords such as city and state names are very critical to making sure your site performs well for geographic related searches in your area such as “[INSERT PHRASE HERE]”.

Our keyword research is broken up into four primary types consisting of the following:

Base Level Keyword Research
In the initial stages of research we will use Google’s Keyword Planner to source relevant keywords and phrases and their associated search volume.

Daily Knowledge Accumulation
This is an ongoing process which includes analyzing search query reports from your Google accounts to identify unique phrases and keyword combinations based on user behavior such as time of day, geographical location, and bounce rates, and make adjustments to your campaigns accordingly.

Seasonal Keyword Demand
Analyzing seasonal keyword demand allows us to prepare for changes to your PPC program based on seasonal cycles within your industry. This will ensure your ad dollars are being used for the right audience at the right time of the year.

Competitive Intelligence
By evaluating your direct competitors and their PPC history such as targeted phrases, ad copy, bidding history, etc, we are able to monitor direct insight into what has worked for them historically and their overall place in the market which we can then use to the advantage of {domain_name}’s PPC campaign.

The Campaign > Ad Group > Keyword structure is as important as selecting the right keywords. Google’s PPC algorithm is constantly evolving and in order to ensure our clients are always staying relevant, we create structures that are custom to each business and follow an approach of only having a single campaign match type.

This means you will not find a campaign or ad group that has more than one match type in it. Lead to Conversion feels that this is the most optimal for managing keywords systematically to complement the ad copy with each group.

Using our strategic methodology, we first focus on proper adgroup structure and keyword grouping to effectively create targeted and relevant ads with ongoing testing in mind. It is here that we would differentiate our ads based on those just searching for information and those looking to maximize the effectiveness of the associated keywords.

Our core focus is delivering targeted messages with appropriate CTA’s based on the users original search query. This is not only important for relevance and conversions, but also to fully benefit from the Quality Score algorithm at Google.

Ongoing A/B testing plays a major role in measuring the effectiveness of ad copy both from a CTR and conversion perspective.

We believe that ongoing A/B ad copy testing is an essential part of campaign management to improve relevance to the user as well as maximize the impact the Quality Score can have on goal conversion metrics.

Landing pages play a significant role in both addressing Google’s Quality Score algorithm and conversion potential for visitors when they arrive at a page.

Google’s Landing Page Quality Score consists of relevant text, H1, Meta tags, keywords, and descriptions on your landing page(s). While following best practices guidelines, the following are core elements that we address to optimize landing page usability and conversion percentages:

  • Audience and Goal
  • Content Above the Fold
  • Persuasive Copy
  • Optimized Forms
  • Calls-to-Action
  • Usability & Navigation
  • Accessibility
  • Persuasion
  • Trust in the Brand

If a user comes to your site and doesn’t immediately commit to a desired action or goal, this doesn’t have to be the last time they see your brand, product or service.

Google offers its advertisers the ability to keep your messaging front and center with previous visitors from PPC ads by leveraging its vast network of affiliated sites and targeting options.

Standard Remarketing
Show ads to past visitors to {domain_name} as they visit other sites in Google’s Display Network.

Dynamic Remarketing
Take your remarketing ad game to the next level by dynamically including products or service types into your ads based pages people visited on your site.

Remarketing Lists for Search Ads
Keep your ads prominently placed in Google search for visitors who go back to Google to conduct new searches.

Video Remarketing
Keep your ads in front of your previous video or video channel viewers as they view other YouTube videos or peruse Display Networks sites.

Customer List Remarketing
Use your current list of contacts and upload them directly to Google. When they’re signed in to their Google accounts, your ads will propagate across the Google network

If you’re selling product via e-commerce, Google has the perfect platform for visually showcasing your products, a brief description of each, and associated pricing via Product Listing Ads (PLAs).

PLAs can often outperform standard Google Ads since users can visually see the product, description, and associated cost prior to clicking on them which doesn’t exist with standard ads.

Lead to Conversion will work with you to create a product spreadsheet we can then feed directly into Google’s PLA platform which can also be directly fed into Bing as well if desired. Through this process, we’ll optimize the feed to ensure all product information is accurate and optimized and goes to the appropriate landing pages to increase conversion potential.

YouTube advertising is a commonly overlooked platform that offers advertisers the ability to reach potential customers when they’re watching or searching for videos on YouTube and come in several different format options.

Display Ads
These ads appear to the right of videos and just above “Suggested” video recommendations and are static in nature.

Overlay Ads
Appear as a semi-transparent ads that appear in the lower portion of a video.

Skippable Video Ads
These are video ads inserted into videos before, during, and after a main video. As the name indicates, users are able to skip these ads after five seconds.

Non-Skippable Video Ads
Non-Skippable ads are video ads that run 15-20 seconds in length and don’t allow users to skip them until they’re done watching the ad and appear before, during, and after a main video.

Bumper Ads
These are non-skippable video ads lasting no longer than six seconds in length. These ads can often be seen in conjunction with skippable ads during video play.

Sponsored Cards
These ads display content that may be relevant to your video such as products featured in the video.

Our conversion tracking method including Google Conversion Tracking and Google Analytics, records and quantifies the following online media outlets:

  • Pay per click search engine ads
  • Organic listings in search engines
  • Display advertising and remarketing campaigns
  • PLA campaigns
  • YouTube campaigns
  • Email campaigns like newsletters

Social Media Advertizing

Our strategy for you includes ideation and creation of 1 Facebook ad/month (images &/or videos) with retargeting and monthly optimization.

Here are several reasons why we think you should consider Facebook advertising:

  • There are over a billion daily active users on Facebook and they’re regularly engaging brands just like yours
  • Facebook offers unparalleled targeting capabilities which allows for businesses like yours to reach your audience using customized ads tailored to your audience and business goals
  • Organic social media is a great way to reach your current customers when properly amplified through “boosted” posting
  • Facebook Ads can be a much more cost effective when compared to other online paid advertising options like Google Ads
  • Facebook’s analytics capabilities successfully track your ad performance to a high level of granularity not found with other platforms
  • Your competitors may already be taking advantage of Facebook advertising

Our team will consult with you about:

  • What you want to say or show
  • Who you want to connect with
  • How long you want campaigns to run
  • Your specific business goals and campaign objectives

One of the coolest things about these ads is that you can choose to run them as native advertisements, which means they show up like posts as users scroll through their feeds. They are marked as sponsored or ads, though, so you don’t have to worry about transparency or unintentionally crossing lines. Here are a few examples:

Mobile News Feed

Desktop News Feed

Our strategy for you includes up to 2 Facebook boosts per month (minimum $30/boost).

Boosted posts are a way to turn organic Facebook posts into paid content. By boosting your posts with minimal investment, your business will see an exponential increase in the number of people who will see and potentially engage with your content.

Not only will boosted facebook posts get more visibility in people’s feeds, your dedicated Social Media Marketing team will create and target customized audiences to ensure relevance remains intact based on personas and your business objectives.

Whether your business objective is to increase traffic to your website or increase likes, comments or shares, boosted posts help your business maximize your brand’s exposure.

Note: You will be responsible for funding Facebook ads and boosted posts directly.

How many times have you browsed a website and then saw an ad from that same business on Facebook?

With Facebook Retargeting, we can effectively retarget people who have already visited TinleyParkOutpatient.com (potential microsite), but never committed to a desired action or goal when they were at your site.

Facebook Retargeting means targeting an already “warm” audience. Normally, people are more likely to convert on your site once they have established enough trust with your business and know who you are. Sometimes it takes showing your business to the same person multiple times before they make the decision to fill out a lead form or buy your product or service. This is why Facebook Retargeting can be a very powerful tool and is widely used by both emerging and established brands alike.

Facebook Retargeting also pairs well with other marketing initiatives such as SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing since they are all driving traffic to your site and your brand will be front and center once these users log back into their Facebook account.

With Facebook Retargeting, we can:

  • Create custom audiences (people who may have visited certain pages, people who visited certain pages, but not other pages) and target specific advertisements to them
  • Establish and optimize highly targeted campaigns that are service or product specific

As we perform ongoing social media management, we will analyze and report on social media statistics including engagement, impressions, fan growth and Google Analytics. We will have monthly phone calls to discuss what’s working/not working and ongoing strategy.

Page Speed Optimization

Everybody wants to see their website succeed; more web traffic translates to more consumers, higher brand recognition and better revenue. However, like most things in life, it’s easier said than done. Many people don’t realize the technical issues that repel users, and those who do recognize these problems may not know how to find a solution.

Over 50% of mobile users will exit a web page that has a loading speed of over three seconds. While that may seem like a short timeframe, savvy users are now accustom to speed and convenience. Ultimately, slow site speed negatively impacts the user experience, which translates to a higher bounce rate, lower search engine ranking, and a negative impacts on your brand reputation.

Most importantly, a long website load time also impacts your SEO. The longer the response time your website has, the lower your ranking factor. As Google prepares to change its algorithm in May of 2021, page speed optimization has become more important than ever. This new update will be based on three main factors:

  • The loading time of the hosting provider
  • The amount of time spent on the web server
  • The visual stability of the website (such as quality of pixels and image files)

As the new update takes place, any website that hopes to succeed needs to adapt. Most web owners should be asking themselves…

No website owner wants a low conversion rate that doesn’t offer a return on their website. Fortunately, we utilize the most up-to-date programming techniques in order to optimize the websites that we build and support for optimal real-world performance and speed scores.

Browser caching is a tactic in which you temporarily store website information, including JavaScript files, images and web page information, to prevent website lag. By storing this information, your website doesn’t need to waste time loading unnecessary files. Many sites set expiration headers that will cache the information for a specific amount of time (such as a year). Our caching checks all the boxes Google test against, including:

  • Smart Invalidation
  • Cookie & Device Awareness
  • Integrate with 3rd-party cache
  • Browser Caching
  • Automatic Cache Warmup

Another way we decrease load time is to combine, minify, and compress your JavaScript, HTML and CSS files. In other words, we remove unnecessary characters such as commas and spaces from your code, as well as many other optimization features, such as:

  • HTML/CSS/JS Combining
  • HTML/CSS/JS Minification
  • HTML/CSS/JS Compression
  • Above-the-fold critical CSS
  • Advanced Resource Loading
  • DNS Preconnects
  • Deferred Loading of fonts and JS
  • Compatible with Ad Scripts

Large images and files will take longer to load, which negatively affects the experience of the user. Optimization involves compressing, or minimizing, the size of your CSS, HTML and JavaScript files. When doing this, it’s important not to compromise the image quality; some programs like gzip let you decrease your file size but don’t take into account the way the final product will look. Our optimization services take care of:

  • Preemptive Image Sizing
  • WEBP Support
  • Adaptive Sizing
  • Lazy Loading
  • Lossy and Lossless Compression

Content delivery networks, or CDNs, share the task of delivering content by storing copies of your site at different data centers. These servers, which are scattered on a geographic basis, work together to increase web speed and reliability. Our service provides a built-in CDN, which offers:

  • GZIP and Brotli Compression
  • Global CDN
  • HTTP/2 Compatibility
