LTC is looking to add an entry level Creative Specialist / Web Graphic Designer to our team. If you’re the type of person who loves to design web pages, create graphics, manage multiple website maintenance tasks and take care of multiple customers, you’ll fit right in.
We take our work very seriously, designing and maintaining web sites for businesses of all sizes and making sure these web sites perform for our customers. We’ve been around since 2006 so we know a thing or two about the industry. We also have a lot of fun and we’re pretty proud to call ourselves creative and digital marketing geeks. Your responsibilities will be split into 3 main areas: Website & Graphic Design, Website Maintenance & Support and Frontend WordPress Development. You’ll also work alongside multiple LTC Account Managers as they execute their digital and social media marketing strategies for various customers.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have website wireframing and prototyping experience, knowledge of a structured digital design production process and have 1-2 years of experienc with frontend website development specifically in WordPress.
If you have a graphic and/or website design portfolio or a relevant internship, this will help you rise on our list of candidates. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will also be working with our digital marketing team optimizing sites before they launch so digital marketing experience is a plus.
As an employee at LTC, you’ll have open access to the leadership team and can also bounce ideas off of them in their daily office hours. This position reports to the VP of Creative.

Digital Marketing Specialist
LTC is looking to add an entry level Digital Marketing Specialist to our team. If you’re the type of person who loves keyword research, can’t get enough of Google Analytics and can spot a bad link from six pages away, then you’ll fit right in.
We take our work very seriously and have optimized over 1,000 websites for companies of all sizes. We’ve been around since 2006 so we know a thing or two about the industry. We also have a lot of fun and we’re pretty proud to call ourselves creative and digital marketing geeks. This is a great opportunity to increase your SEO and digital marketing knowledge, work with some of the most experienced people in the industry and grow your career in the digital marketing world.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a very important team member within our Digital Marketing service line as our teams constantly work to produce results and help our customers reach their goals and bolster their online visibility. Most of our Specialists go on to become Account Managers or even lead an established or new service line offering.
A big part of your daily activities will be in assisting LTC Account Managers as they execute their digital marketing strategies for various customers especially in the area of Organic SEO. Tasks include things like:
- Keyword research
- On-page optimization/code writing
- Link development
- Content writing/editing/optimization
- Analytics monitoring
- Competitor research
- Monthly performance reporting
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with a degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing. If you have any digital marketing experience or an internship this will help you rise on our list of candidates. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will also be working with our web design team optimizing sites before they launch so web development experience is a plus.
