Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) position is where many digital marketing team members get their start at LTC. The DMS is a very important team member within our Digital Marketing service line as our teams constantly work to produce results and help our customers reach their goals and bolster their online visibility.
You will work directly with other Specialists as well as many others in the Digital Marketing Service Line executing strategies and day-to-day tasks for Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search Marketing and Creative. Since the majority of hours will be spent in Social Media, you will report directly to the Director of Social Media at the agency.
The main responsibilities will be assisting with managing of day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. The DMS will work directly with Digital Marketing Account Managers to implement specific campaign tasks for LTC customers such as developing creative content, managing community interaction, cultivating new communities, managing branded online communities, keyword research, WordPress site development, monthly analytics reporting, etc. This position will especially provide a wide variety of experience within Social Media Marketing and is ideal for someone who wants to become proficient at executing various strategies via multiple social media channels. You will have opportunities to communicate with customers as you learn and train to become an Account Manager at LTC.
Experience, Training & Education We’re Looking For:
- College degree from an accredited university with a major in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 1-2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Experience in working on social media marketing campaigns helpful but not required
- Experience working with Google Analytics and/or Google Analytics Certification
- Experience using Google Search Console helpful but not required
- Social media content portfolio examples helpful but not required
